"Concerning the part of the mind of which one is not fully aware, but which influences one's actions and feelings:" Oxford Dictionary

Excellent jumping off point! "Not fully aware." What you do not have a depth of knowledge in - you cannot, address thoroughly. High Blood Pressure is not the only silent killer; what can lurk around in the subconscious can be deadly as well!

How you, entertain you, is important. Those of you who know scripture, you know it's says, "It's not good for man to be alone." Well, women, you too! While it reads that - it's us, who had to go and learn why that is. Too much alone time can make one off-kilter and awkward.

The last post in this category "My Top Five" We spoke on Volunteerism; my one out of five.

Two out of Five: Humor.

I learned years ago, the quality of our sleep does more than rest the body and mind - it also has a hand in our emotional healing. Before going to sleep, watching and even falling asleep with something humorous on, speaks to the subconscious. I turn on old fashion comedy. Awake, you laugh, sleep, it sets a mood for the next day and your life, if it becomes a practice. It aids to your under-carriage in a joyful way, never take you some seriously - learn to live light-hearted.

When you spend a lot of time alone - it's about keeping a conscious balance..

“A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.”

Proverbs 17:22
