A Swan In The Spotlight

Raising my daughter, I prioritized certain goals to obtain in her self-development. Among them, was travelling. It's my belief a well- traveled child has a leg up in their schooling. Travel is essential, if you can manage to afford it - We went and went often. That I speak of in this posting - is the time when we traveled to that good ole faithful playground children plead to go.
Disneyland..
As a mother, who over time became a single mother - I seldom gave way to my experience of doing most of my life sailing solo; I was too busy being the best producer of life and love lessons possible. I like any mother, gave it my ALL.
So, we traveled from Chicago to California for a week vacation - Inhaling all the way, minute by minute. Then finally, sitting curbside, we awaited for the daily Main Street Parade - the kids in a frenzy, including mine! I sat exhaling from the day, with the parade in toil - when the people around me tapped and pointed for me to look up. There to my left, was Cinderella on her float, pointed at me, my hair, and mouthing "I love your hair." Funny, while she, herself, was being adored - there she was, playing a part in my life, confirming... You are not invisible.
Whether it's David, who worked as a shepherd or you, sitting curbside, know that you are being seen...
"Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight...." (Hebrews 4:13)
